Sir Keir Starmer plans to press allies to provide Ukraine with additional extended-range weaponry to strike enemy locations during talks in Britain on the upcoming Friday.

Sir Keir will host President Volodymyr Zelensky alongside referred to as "coalition of the willing", consisting of over twenty of supporting nations who have agreed to provide Ukraine security guarantees once fighting stops is arranged.

Zelensky has been urging for several weeks for further advanced missile technology from Western nations, an action that Russia has cautions would intensify the conflict.

Ukraine's leader is coming from Brussels, where he conferred with European representatives on yesterday seeking financial support.

"The single figure involved in this conflict who declines to stop the war is Vladimir Putin," Sir Keir said.

Sir Keir will also reveal that 100 extra air defence missiles will be supplied to Kyiv ahead of schedule, as outlined in a £1.6bn deal struck between the UK and Kyiv in spring.

The Ukrainian president travels after important international achievements this week: the US President's move to finally apply new measures against Moscow, and the European Union agreeing to fund Ukraine's financial gap.

The Prime Minister is seeking to sustain the momentum by escalating the leverage on the Kremlin to negotiate a resolution to the hostilities.

Sir Keir will press delegates to increase the provision of long-range weapons following a successful attack on a manufacturing site in the Bryansk region, the Russian Federation, using UK-provided missile systems.

"And his depraved assaults on innocent children in a preschool this week demonstrate that abundantly clear," he added.

Several minors were included in at least seven fatally wounded in multiple Moscow's attacks on Ukraine, which struck a nursery in the major urban center the eastern city.

Financial Discussions

Britain's leader will confer with Western allies on methods to withdraw Russia's petroleum resources off the global market.

They will also discuss employing seized Moscow funds to offer Kyiv with financial loans, though the initiative faced insufficient agreement and legal hurdles at the EU conference on Thursday.

European nations opted against agreeing to a proposal to employ approximately €140 billion in seized Russian resources to economically support Kyiv's finances.

However, the leaders consented to help support the country's "economic requirements" for the coming 24 months.

United States also revealed sanctions on recently against Russia's major energy corporations, Rosneft Oil and the private firm, as element of actions to apply monetary leverage on the Kremlin to enter ceasefire negotiations.

The Russian government launched its comprehensive attack of Ukraine in early 2022. Russian troops presently occupies about 20% of the country's land, comprising the southern region Russia annexed in the year 2014.
